手足口病是由肠道病毒引起的急性传染病,该病不易察觉显现、传播速度快、一旦疫情发生则难以控制,一段时间内将大肆流行。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取2012年9月至2013年6月本院诊治的符合委员会所判定的重症手足口病诊断标准的患者90例。随机分成丙种球蛋白组(A组)、联合治疗组(B组)和羚羊角治疗组(C组),每组各30例。3组患者实验前症状及病情严重程度等均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。
Hand, foot and mouth disease is an acute infectious disease caused by enteroviruses. The disease is not easily noticeable and spread rapidly. Once an outbreak occurs, it is difficult to control it. It will become more and more popular over a period of time. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data selected from September 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 90 cases of patients with severe HFMD criteria. Randomly divided into gamma globulin group (A group), combination therapy group (B group) and antelope horn treatment group (C group), 30 cases in each group. No significant difference was found in the symptoms and the severity of the disease between the three groups before the experiment (P> 0.05).
