评价旋转式角膜板层刀在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 ( excimer laser in situ keratomileusis,L ASIK)中的应用效果。方法 :应用 Moria旋转式角膜板层刀对 471例 ( 893眼 )近视 - 0 .75~ - 1 8.0 D的患者进行 L ASIK治疗。结果 :术后 1周 893眼中有 876眼 ( 98.1 % )视力达到了术前最好矫正视力。角膜瓣蒂位置 :留在鼻上方有 5 92眼 ( 6 6 .2 9% )鼻侧有 2 95眼 ( 33.0 3% )留在鼻上方 6眼 ( 0 .6 7% )。上刀顺序 :先上刀头后吸力环吸引眼球有 731眼 ( 81 .86 % ) ,其切割时间为 2 0 .90± 2 .2秒 ;先吸力环吸引眼球后上刀头有 1 6 2眼 ( 1 8.1 4% ) ,切割时间为 2 6 .5 0± 3.1秒。进退刀速度 :匀速平稳有 840眼 ( 94.0 6 % ) ,速度不稳有 5 3眼 ( 5 .94% )。角膜瓣并发症有 7眼 ( 0 .78% )。结论 :旋转式角膜板层刀操作简单易掌握 ,切割时间短 ,角膜瓣蒂位置可随意选择 ,角膜瓣并发症出现低。但旋转刀旋转力量弱 ,易受周围因素影响
To evaluate the effect of rotary corneal lamina knife in excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (L ASIK). Methods: 471 patients (893 eyes) with myopia - 0.7575 - 1.08 D were treated with LASIK with Moria rotary corneal lamellar knife. Results: One week after operation, 876 eyes (98.1%) of 893 eyes achieved the best corrected visual acuity before surgery. Corneal flap pedicle position: 5 92 eyes (66.29%) left over the nose, 95 eyes (33.0 3%) of the nose, 6 eyes (0.67%) above the nose. On the knife sequence: the first suction head after the suction ring to attract the eye there are 731 eyes (81.86%), the cutting time of 20.90 ± 2.2 seconds; first suction ring to attract the eye after the upper blade has 1 6 2 Eye (1 8.14%), cutting time was 26.5 ± 0.01 seconds. The advance and retreat knife speed: 840 smooth eyes (94.0 6%), unstable 53 eyes (5.94%). Corneal flap complications in 7 eyes (0.78%). Conclusion: Rotating corneal lamellar knife is simple and easy to manipulate, the cutting time is short, the position of corneal flap is free to choose, and the complication of flap is low. However, rotating knife rotation power is weak, susceptible to the surrounding factors
