小学阶段的教育是基础教育、情感教育,是帮助孩子树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观的重要阶段。因此,作为班主任老师,我们不仅要重视学生的学习成绩,确保学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,同时在日常课堂教育教学活动中,还要加强和学生之间的情感交流,关注学生的情感需求,构建和谐、友善、民主的师生关系,真正将素质教育“以人为本”的育人理念落到实处。
