铁矿石的高温性能直接影响高炉内软化熔融带的形状和位置,从而成为影响高炉冶炼的重要因素。本文介绍国外最近对铁矿石高温性能的研究结果:(1)某些铁矿石在1200~1300℃温度下有还原停滞现象;(2)矿石的荷重软化性因矿石种类不同而不同,并受碱度和预还原条件的影响;(3)矿石的熔融滴下性与脉石量、脉石熔点及预还原率有密切关系。由于三者的组合情况不同,矿石的熔融滴下性或是由炉渣熔化集聚来决定,或是由被还原的金属渗碳来决定;(4)提出了适合高炉冶炼要求的铁矿石熔融滴下性能。
The high temperature performance of iron ore directly affects the shape and location of the softened molten zone in the blast furnace, which becomes an important factor that affects blast furnace smelting. This paper introduces the recent foreign high temperature performance of iron ore research results: (1) some of the iron ore at 1200 ~ 1300 ℃ restore the temperature stagnation phenomenon; (2) ore load softening due to different ore types and Affected by alkalinity and pre-reduction conditions; (3) the melting of the ore drip properties and the amount of gangue, melting point of the gangue and the pre-reduction rate are closely related. (4) The melting and dripping characteristics of the iron ore suitable for blast furnace smelting are proposed .
