VIK(Value kind)是上海世博会工程建设材料设备采购的一种重要形式,其中定价问题贯穿VIK材料设备管理的全过程。介绍了上海世博会工程建设VIK材料设备管理体系和管理模型,提出其管理的核心问题是供货价格和处置价格的确定,为同类大型工程项目的VIK材料设备管理提供了借鉴。
VIK (Value kind) is an important form of procurement of materials and equipment for the construction of the Shanghai World Expo, in which pricing issues run through the whole process of VIK material and equipment management. The VIK material and equipment management system and management model for construction of World Expo 2010 Shanghai Expo were introduced. The core issues of its management were the determination of supply price and disposal price, which provided reference for VIK material equipment management of similar large projects.
