应用液体闪烁技术观察了甾体激素对大脑皮层突触体摄取甘氨酸的快速作用，结果显示皮质酮和孕酮能快速促进大鼠大脑皮层突触体摄取甘氨酸，而雌二醇和脱氧皮质酮无明显作用。本实验结果证明甾体激素对甘氨酸摄取具有快速非基因组作用。
The rapid effects of steroid hormones on uptake of glycine by synaptosomes in cerebral cortex were observed by liquid scintigraphy. The results showed that corticosterone and progesterone can rapidly promote the uptake of glycine by synaptosomes in rat cerebral cortex, while estradiol and deoxycorticosterone had no obvious effect effect. Our results demonstrate that steroid hormones have a rapid non-genomic effect on glycine uptake.
