为探讨自来水厂除锰滤池成熟的生物机理,从生产滤池和实验滤柱成熟过程的不同阶段取1000多个水质和细菌样品进行了分析测试.实验结果表明:滤池(柱)的成熟过程是不同细菌有规律的增殖并固定在滤料和包埋于铁泥的过程;当每g滤砂的细菌个数超过104时,滤池(柱)才能成熟和高速除锰,承受反冲洗强度及提高出水质量.根据细菌数量和除锰效果,把滤池的成熟过程分为适应期、第1增长期、第2增长期和稳定期等4个时期.本文工作为加速滤池的成熟和有效除锰提供了实验依据.
In order to investigate the biological mechanism of the removal of manganese filter in waterworks, more than 1000 water and bacteria samples were taken from the different stages of the maturation process of the production filter and experimental filter column for analysis and testing. The experimental results showed that the maturation process of the filter (column) is a process in which different bacteria regularly proliferate and are fixed in the filter medium and embedded in iron sludge; when the number of bacteria per g of filter sand exceeds 104, the filter tank (column ) In order to mature and high-speed manganese removal, to withstand the backwash intensity and improve the quality of the water. According to the number of bacteria and the effect of removing manganese, the ripening process of the filter is divided into four periods: adaptation period, first growth period, second growth period and stable period. This work provides an experimental basis for accelerating the maturation of the filter and effectively removing manganese.
