上消化道出血在小儿屡有发生。现将我院自1978年12月～1989年1月收治的40例以上消化道出血为首发症状的患儿进行病因分析。
Upper gastrointestinal bleeding occurs frequently in children. Now in our hospital from December 1978 ~ January 1989 admitted to more than 40 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding as the first symptom of children etiology.
