目的:观察桂枝肌瘤丸口服联合温经活血汤灌肠对气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病患者子宫体积、痛经症状评分的影响.方法:随机选取本院2016年2月～2017年11月收治的气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病患者120例,依据不同治疗方法分作两组,58例予以孕三烯酮治疗者为对照组,62例予以桂枝肌瘤丸口服联合温经活血汤灌肠治疗者为实验组,回顾性对比分析两组治疗前后子宫体积、痛经症状评分改善情况.结果:治疗后,实验组子宫体积小于对照组,且实验组痛经症状评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组总有效率为96.77％,较对照组的86.21％高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:桂枝肌瘤丸口服联合温经活血汤灌肠治疗气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病效果显著,可有效改善患者子宫体积、痛经症状,值得选用.“,”Objective:To discuss the efficacy of Guizhi Jiliu Pill orally cmbined with Wenjing Huoxue Decoction coloclysis on Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type of adenomyosis and its effect on uterine volume, dysmenorrhea symptom score.Methods:120 patients with adenomyosis admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the treatment method of difference were divided into two groups.58 cases of pregnant three ketones treated as controlled group.62 cases were given Guizhi Jiliu Pill orally taken cmbined with Wenjing Huoxue Decoction coloclysis was experimental group.The improvement of uterine volume and dysmenorrheal symptom score in the two groups before and after treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After treatment, the uterine volume in the experimental group was smaller than that in the controlled group, and the dysmenorrheal symptom score in the experimental group was lower than that in the controlled group, with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate was 96.77％ in the study group than that in the controlled group (86.21％), with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Jiliu Pill orally taken cmbined with Wenjing Huoxue Decoction coloclysis of adenomyosis is significant.It can effectively improve the uterine volume and dysmenorrhea symptoms of the patients and have the value to choice.
