本文通过采用反射式光纤位移传感器 ,改变了目前数字式塞规中只能用气浮塞规进行内孔的快速、高精度、非接触测量的历史 ,并对仪器进行了误差分析。
In this paper, we use the reflective optical fiber displacement sensor to change the history of the fast, high-precision and non-contact measurement of the internal hole which can only be used for the air plug gauge in the current digital plug gauge, and analyze the error of the instrument.
