前列腺癌是欧美国家最常见的男性泌尿生殖系统恶性肿瘤。近年来,我国前列腺癌的发病率明显升高。肿瘤转移是导致多数前列腺癌患者治疗失败的重要原因,而肿瘤细胞进入外周血循环系统是远处器官转移的先决条件。外周血中循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cell,CTC)因能反映患者个体的肿瘤特征,且较易获得而受到众多学者的关注。本文就CTC的检测方法以及CTC计数和分子标志物在前列腺癌中的研究进展作一综述。
Prostate cancer is the most common male and female genitourinary malignancies in Europe and the United States. In recent years, the incidence of prostate cancer in our country increased significantly. Tumor metastasis is the leading cause of failure in the treatment of most prostate cancer patients, and entry of tumor cells into the peripheral blood circulation system is a prerequisite for distant organ metastases. Circulating circulating tumor cells (circulating tumor cells, CTCs) in peripheral blood reflect the tumor characteristics of individual patients and are easily obtained and attracted the attention of many scholars. This article reviews the detection methods of CTC and the progress of CTC count and molecular markers in prostate cancer.
