为了在本世纪内把我国建设成四个现代化的社会主义强国,必须用现代化的科学技术来装备国民经济的各个部门和工业企业。但是,任何技术的实践,都必须消耗人力、物力和财力,都脱离不开经济。各项技术工作,应力求用最少的劳动消耗,取得尽可能大的经济效果。随着科学技术的不断发展,为解决同一问题,可能有多种技术方法、多种途径,能够形成多种技术方案。人们在技术和生产活动中,如何讲求经济效果呢?这是本讲的中心课题。
