眼晶体检查自裂隙灯显微镜出现后,已成为传统的眼晶状体检查手段,但只能用文字及绘图记录。近十多年来逐渐进展利用裂隙灯显微摄影,反应晶体的改变形态。但因裂隙灯光带窄,以及角膜,晶体表面的反光强干扰,常影啊图象的清晰和病变形态的观察和分析,并不能反应晶体改变的整个范围。为克服此不足我们在工作实践中寻求了一种有效可行的新检查法:即:“眼底照像机对眼晶状体照像”。熟知眼底照像机本能是作为眼底荧光造形摄影之用。但把它作为人活体
