管理难题无处不在。不论管理者走哪条路,似乎总有悖论或谜团潜伏其中。要解决这些管理难题,管理者需要对这些无法回避的难题加深理解。管理大师明茨伯格在自己的新著《管理》中把管理的难题归纳为5类13个,5类分别为思考、信息、人事、行动和综合,与其构想的管理三平台模型相对应。从信息的角度看,重点探讨了3个管理难题,分别是“联络的困惑”、“委派的困境”和“衡量之谜”。
Management problems are everywhere. Regardless of the path managers take, it seems that there is always a mystery or mystery hidden. To solve these management problems, managers need to deepen understanding of these unavoidable problems. In his new book, Management, Mintzberger summarized management problems as 13 categories and 5 categories, namely thinking, information, personnel, action and synthesis, which correspond to the concept of the management of the three platforms. From the information point of view, the three management problems are mainly discussed, namely, the “contact puzzle”, the “delegation dilemma” and the “measuring secret”.
