本文根据抽样调查的结果,从工作-家庭冲突和家庭-工作冲突两个维度探讨了中国转型时期青年白领的工作家庭冲突问题及影响因素。分析发现,青年白领的工作家庭冲突程度总的来说并不高;工作家庭冲突并不是女性特有的,男性的工作-家庭冲突明显高于女性,而在家庭-工作冲突中并不存在显著性差异。回归分析结果表明,个体特征、工作特征和子女观等因素都对青年白领的工作家庭冲突产生了显著影响,其中工作因素的影响最大。
Based on the results of the sample survey, this paper discusses the problems and influencing factors of working-family conflicts among young white-collar workers in China during the transitional period from the two dimensions of work-family conflict and family-work conflict. The analysis found that the degree of working family conflict among young white-collar workers is generally not high. Work-family conflict is not unique to women. Men’s work-family conflict is obviously higher than that of women, but there is no significant difference in family-work conflicts difference. The results of regression analysis showed that all the factors such as individual characteristics, work characteristics and children view had a significant impact on the work-family conflict among young white-collar workers, among which the work factors had the greatest impact.
