为研究丹参对新生儿肺炎时氧自由基的作用,本文观察了新生儿肺炎患儿共45例,随机分为常规抗感染、输液、吸氧等治疗的对照组和除常规治疗以外加用复方丹参注射液静脉滴注的治疗组.于治疗前和治疗后1周分别测定两组患儿血清过氧化脂质(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD).结果表明:治疗组LPO和SOD值治疗前后有显著差异(P<0.05),而对照组LPO和SOD值治疗前后无显著差异;此外,治疗组与对照组比较,治疗前两组LPO与SOD值无明显差异而治疗后差异显著.提示复方丹参对新生儿肺炎时氧自由基的损伤有明显的治疗作用.
In order to study the effect of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae on oxygen free radical in neonatal pneumonia, 45 children with neonatal pneumonia were observed in this study. They were randomly divided into routine anti-infective, infusion, oxygen and other control groups, Danshen injection intravenous infusion of the treatment group. Serum lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured before treatment and 1 week after treatment. The results showed that LPO and SOD in the treatment group had significant differences before and after treatment (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the control group before and after LPO and SOD treatment. In addition, compared with the control group, There was no significant difference in SOD value but significant difference after treatment. Prompt compound salvia miltiorrhiza on oxygen free radical damage in neonatal pneumonia have a significant therapeutic effect.
