现代社会中,随着科技的快速发展,全球竞争的白热化,生活节奏的加快,人们时刻在感受着来自生活及工作的压力,两者相互交织、相互作用,使得越来越多的人身心憔悴,失眠烦躁,处于亚健康状态。如何通过分析压力的作用机理,寻找工作压力的来源、探究有效缓解压力的办法,受到越来越多的人的关注。本文通过对压力源的分析,提出了有效缓解工作压力的系列策略,希望对饱受工作压力困扰的人们有所帮助。
