中国与东盟国家的全面发展关系是建立在经济合作不断增强的基础上的,而构成经济 合作网络骨架的是 20世纪 90年代后陆续形成的经济合作框架体系,国内对这一合作 框架鲜有详尽分析。对这一合作框架形成的背景、内容构成和重大意义进行思索,正 是探究东亚区域合作与欧盟、北美自由贸易区合作模式不同的应有起点,具有继续观 察和深入研究的价值。
The all-round development of relations between China and the ASEAN countries is based on the ever-increasing economic cooperation. The framework of the economic cooperation that forms the backbone of the economic cooperation network is a system of economic cooperation that has been formed after the 1990s. The framework for this cooperation in China is rarely detailed analysis.
