我国正处于社会转型时期,在人均GDP从1000美元到3000美元的阶段,社会经济结构剧烈变化,社会矛盾最为复杂。许多新情况新矛盾将时时伴随而来。面临复杂的局面,没有相当的修养是无法应对的。尤其是财税干部具有特定社会角色,既是公职人员,也是公众人物。因此,加强财税干部的个人修养,就能在社会价值观和道德体系重构中发挥正确的导向作用。那么现代财税干部应如何加强修养呢?笔者认为加强修养是一个长期的历史过程,
