幼儿园班级管理是幼儿教师以幼儿身心发展规律为依据,实现班级中人、事、物的互动,进而实现各种教育目标和幼儿发展的动态过程。在实践中,教师把游戏引入班级的日常管理中,以游戏为途径,让游戏成为幼儿成长的阶梯。
