水土流失预测是开发建设项目水土保持工程措施合理布局和工程设计的基础。黑龙江省东宁地方铁路(绥阳—东宁段)水土保持方案采用类比法进行预测,结果是东宁地方铁路工程建设施工过程中破坏地表植被192.73 hm2,损毁水保设施152.67 hm2,弃土弃渣28.19万m3和可能产生的水土流失量20.01万t,并分析了对生态环境的不利影响。应根据工程不同施工区域特点,针对性的采取相应的水土保持措施,对可能造成的水土流失加强预防和治理,减少和控制因项目建设产生的新增的水土流失。
Soil and water loss prediction is the basis for the rational layout and engineering design of soil and water conservation engineering measures for development and construction projects. The prediction of soil and water conservation programs of Dongning local railway (Suiyang-Dongning section) in Heilongjiang Province using the analogy method resulted in 192.73 hm2 of surface vegetation damage and 152.67 hm2 of damaged water and soil conservation facilities during the construction of the local railway project in Dongning, 281.1 thousand m3 of slag and 200.000 tons of soil erosion that may occur, and analyzed the adverse impact on the ecological environment. The corresponding soil and water conservation measures should be taken according to the characteristics of different construction areas of the project and the prevention and control of potential soil erosion should be strengthened so as to reduce and control the newly added soil and water loss caused by the project construction.
