对24例婴儿肝炎综合症进行血胆红素、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)检查,其中17例尚测定血清维生素E(VitE)含量,证实有9例MNCV减慢,该9例中8例呈重度或极重度黄疸。并提示有明显黄疸的婴儿肝炎合并血清VitE降低。近2/5因此引起周围神经发育障碍。
Serum bilirubin and motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) were examined in 24 infantile hepatitis syndromes. Serum vitamin E levels were also measured in 17 of 17 infants and 9 of 9 were confirmed to be slowed down. Eight of the nine patients Severe or very severe jaundice. And prompted obvious jaundice infant hepatitis with serum VitE decreased. Nearly two-fifths therefore cause peripheral neurodevelopmental disorders.
