201 2国际极限帆船系列赛青岛站“双星”杯比赛4月17日至20日在青岛奥林匹克帆船中心举办。来自6个国家的9支船队参加了本站比赛。最终来自阿曼的浪潮马斯喀特队夺得了本站冠军,奥地利红牛帆船队位列第二,法国罗斯柴尔德队取得了第三名。极限帆船赛创建于2007年,随后几年,极限40比赛发展迅猛,风靡欧洲,是国际帆联(ISAF)授予的特别赛事地位的四大赛事之一。9支船队、45名顶极国际航海运动选手参加本次极限帆船赛比赛,阵容强大,展现了“海上F1”的无限魅力,充分体现了极限帆船操作难度之大,体现出大型、快速、惊险、高对抗、技巧性、观赏性强的现代帆船比赛
