网室盆栽和田间试验结果表明，种衣剂抑线３号能减少花生根结线虫（Ｍｅｌｏｉｄｏｇｙｎｅａｒｅｎａｒｉａ）对花生的侵染，减轻发病程度，并有明显的增产效果．使用剂量以３ｋｇ／１００ｋｇ种子为宜。如在播种时再用２２．５ｋｇ益舒宝（１０Ｇ）／１００ｈｍ￣２处理土壤，则防效明显提高．在推荐用量下，未见产生任何药害．
