设计了一款基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术的小型化的可调频带通滤波器,该滤波器电路由Top-C型电容耦合的三阶谐振腔组成,利用增加反馈电容的方式增加了零点,增强了带外抑制。通过器件外接可变电容二极管的方法实现调频,该器件的中心频率可以在1190MHz-1490MHz范围内进行连续调谐,并且带内损耗保持在2d B以下,2f0处带外抑制始终大于25d B,器件尺寸为9.8mm×7mm×0.9 mm。通过仿真实验,总结了调频带通滤波器的性能变化规律。在小型化可调带通滤波器的研究中,给出了很好的设计思路。
A miniaturized tunable band-pass filter based on low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology is designed. This filter circuit consists of Top-C type capacitively coupled third-order resonant cavity, which increases by adding feedback capacitance Zero, enhanced out of band suppression.
