1965年11月13日夜至14日晨发生在福建沿海的崇武以东海战,是人民解放军海军以小艇战大舰、战术运用得当并取得重大胜利的典型战斗之一。此次海战是在国民党军“反攻大陆”的阴谋破产后,福建前线人民解放军各部队反“心战”、反小股部队袭扰的过程中发生的,作战经过起伏跌宕,充满戏剧色彩。人民解放军海军之所以能以劣势装备取得胜利,从作战指挥的角度讲,主要是在深入研究敌情、我情和作战环境的基础上采取了“近战、夜战”的战法,并正确选择突击海域。
