随着铁路信息化发展,信息化已成为铁路运输经营不可或缺的重要组成部分,信息系统运行维护资金投入越来越大。为加强信息系统运行维护经费管理,科学合理地编制运行维护经费预算,迫切需要开展信息系统运行维护定额标准体系研究。文中提出了铁路信息系统定额标准编制原则、定额标准体系结构及定额调整方法。
With the development of railway informationization, informationization has become an indispensable part of railway transport operations. The investment in the operation and maintenance of information systems is getting larger and larger. In order to strengthen the management of the funds for the operation and maintenance of the information system and to compile the budget for the operation and maintenance expenses scientifically and rationally, it is urgent to carry out researches on the fixed standard system for the operation and maintenance of information systems. In this article, the author puts forward the principle of compiling railway quota standard, the system of quota standard and the method of quota adjustment.
