在界定经济圈内涵的基础上,利用微分进化算法对经济圈公路网优化问题进行了研究。在探讨经济圈公路网优化目标、优化原则和优化意义的基础上,以经济圈交通效率、运营成本、能源消耗、环境保护和出行时间等为优化目标函数,建立了经济圈公路网优化的双层模型,并采用微分进化算法求解。经济圈公路网双层优化模型是利用生成的初始路径点集,经过提炼处理来提高经济圈公路网交通效率,并得到最佳优化路网,相对于传统的优化模型更能结合经济圈交通系统与经济特性,结论更加符合经济圈实际情况。研究结果表明:优化模型不仅能够满足经济圈交通需求,而且能够满足经济圈交通系统的环境保护目标、促进经济圈交通系统可持续发展。
On the basis of defining the connotation of economic circle, this paper uses differential evolution algorithm to study the optimization of highway network in economic circle.
