今年春季以来,新疆石河子的地产食用菌鲜品与去年同期比较,价格下跌20％左右。春、夏季鲜菇价,去年分别为2.5元、2元左右,今年分别为2.1元、1.5元左右;鲜细木耳价,去年春夏季平均为3.9元,今年为3.3元;杂交鲜耳价去年为3.4元,今年为2.8元。食用菌价跌的主要原因有两点:一是石河子是新疆产棉盛区,原料充足,菇农越来越多,生产技术不断提高,各种鲜菇、木耳上市量较去年同期增加30％左右;二是登市的蔬菜丰盛,由于鲜菜价下降,鲜菇鲜耳也
