目的研究三维快速自旋回波(MRI 3D-SPACE)序列检查诊断膝关节交叉韧带损伤的价值。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月商丘市中医院疑似膝关节交叉韧带损伤患者98例,均行MRI 3D-SPACE检查、常规二维序列(2D-PDWI)检查,以关节镜检查为“金标准”,比较3D-SPACE、2D-PDWI检查对膝关节交叉韧带损伤的诊断效能。结果98例疑似膝关节交叉韧带损伤患者中交叉韧带损伤71例[前交叉韧带损伤(ACL)59例,后交叉韧带损伤(PCL)12例],未损伤27例;0级27例,1级25例,2
