室内测定多种杀菌剂对西瓜衰萎病病菌的抑制效果,得出毒力回归方程。不同药剂对该病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果存在差异。其中以丙环唑、腈菌唑、百菌清、环唑醇及苯醚甲环唑的抑菌效果较好,含药平板上菌丝抑制率均达100%,EC50分别为6.36、8.48、9.11、5.69、5.85μg/mL。兼顾毒力回归方程斜率,筛选出75%百菌清WP、10%丙环唑FS及12.5%腈菌唑EC作为生产中防治该病害的参考用药。
Indoor determination of a variety of fungicides on watermelon wilt pathogen inhibitory effect, derived toxicity regression equation. Different agents have different inhibitory effects on mycelial growth of the bacterium. The antibacterial effect of propiconazole, myclobutanil, chlorothalonil, cyproconazole and difenoconazole was better, and the mycelial inhibitory rates reached 100% on the drug-containing plates with EC50 of 6.36 and 8.48, 9.11, 5.69, 5.85 μg / mL. Taking into account the slope of the toxicity regression equation, 75% chlorothalonil WP, 10% propiconazole FS and 12.5% myclobutanil EC were selected as reference drugs for the prevention and control of the disease in production.
