基于Windows 计算机操作系统和可视化语言,介绍了灌区水文资料整编计算机软件系统研究与开发的思路和方法。其中包括软件开发环境、系统菜单设计、子模块功能设计以及系统软件的功能和特点,并且应用该软件系统进行了青铜峡灌区10 条干渠的水文资料整编,详细对比分析了1996 年唐徕渠水文资料整编手算与电算成果。实例证明,该软件系统较好地解决了水文资料整编中的多曲线计算机模拟,具有界面友善、功能强、通用性好、计算结果合理、精确,整编结果规范、美观等优点,达到了实用要求,具有很好的推广应用前景
