为了确定膨胀性软岩隧道中随时间变化的初期支护最佳施作条件,本文提出了一种理论方法。该法在考虑了:(1)地层的粘弹性;(2)隧道的掘进速度;(3)与时间密切相关的喷射混凝土强度和弹性模量;(4)衬砌的弹塑性;(5)施工支护条件等因素的情况下推算出地压、变形以及支护和喷射混凝土的轴向应力。这种方法已在膨胀性软岩隧道中加以应用,通过对地压的解析结果和现场量测结果之比较,证明了它具有一定的可靠性。通过对各种参数的分析研究,本文为施作初期支护的合理时机提供了理论依据。
In order to determine the optimum conditions of initial support in expansive soft rock tunnels with time, a theoretical method is proposed in this paper. The law takes into account: (1) the viscoelasticity of the formation; (2) the tunneling speed; (3) the strength and modulus of shotcrete that are closely related to time; (4) the elasto-plasticity of the lining; Supporting conditions and other factors in the case of ground pressure, deformation and support and shotcrete axial stress. This method has been applied in expansive soft rock tunnels. The comparison between the analytical results of ground pressure and the field measurements proves that it has certain reliability. Through the analysis of various parameters, this article provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable timing of initial support.
