检测了45名急性肾炎、肾病患儿血清脂质过氧化物水平、铜、锌含量、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力以及某些生化指标。结果表明,急性肾炎、肾病患儿血清脂质过氧化物水平上升,铜、锌含量下降,超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力减弱。急性肾炎时血脂质过氧化物水平与血尿素氮、肌酐浓度呈正相关。肾病时血脂质过氧化物水平与血浆白蛋白、总蛋白呈负相关,与总胆固醇无线性关系。作者认为氧化-抗氧化机制失衡,可能对小儿肾小球疾病的发生、发展和预后起重要作用。
The levels of serum lipid peroxides, copper and zinc, erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) and whole blood glutathione peroxidase (APO) in 45 children with acute nephritis and nephropathy were detected, and some biochemical indexes were detected. The results showed that the level of serum lipid peroxides increased, the content of copper and zinc decreased, the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase decreased in children with acute nephritis and nephropathy. Acute nephritis blood lipid peroxide levels and blood urea nitrogen, creatinine concentration was positively correlated. Nephropathy serum lipid peroxidation levels and plasma albumin, total protein was negatively correlated with the total cholesterol was no linear relationship. The authors believe that the oxidation-oxidation mechanism of imbalance may play an important role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of children with glomerular diseases.
