目的:研究复方芪苓颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺。方法:比较水提法和醇提法,应用L9(34)正交设计法对提取工艺进行优选,以黄芪甲苷、丹参素钠、总黄酮、总多糖含量为指标,考察煎煮时间、煎煮次数、加水倍数对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳工艺为水提法,最佳工艺条件为加水量为8倍药材量,煎煮2次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选出复方芪苓颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺,该工艺稳定可行,有效成分含量高。
Objective: To study the optimal extraction process of compound Qiliuling granule. Methods: The extraction process was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal design with water extraction method and alcohol extraction method. The content of astragaloside IV, total salvianolic acid, total flavonoids, The number of cooking, water multiples of the extraction process. Results: The best technique was water extraction. The optimum conditions were adding 8 times of medicinal materials, boiling twice, 1.5 h each time. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process of compound Qiliuling granules is optimized. The process is stable and feasible with high content of active ingredients.
