目的:分析母乳喂养对小儿智能发育的影响作用。方法:在我院2012年7月-2014年7月实施分娩的新生儿中随机选取150例,依照其喂养方式将其分成两组,分别为人工喂养和母乳喂养,对比分析两组新生儿的智能发育情况。结果:和人工喂养组对比,母乳喂养组不同时间段的DQ均值和喂养12个月良好率显著偏高,同时喂养12个月的临界状态显著偏低,差异对比均显著P<0.05.结论:在小儿智能发育中,不同喂养方式均具有一定影响作用,其中母乳喂养的临床促进作用更为显著,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze the effect of breastfeeding on the intellectual development of children. Methods: A total of 150 newborn infants who were delivered during July 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to their feeding methods, namely artificial feeding and breastfeeding respectively. A comparative analysis of two groups of newborns Intelligent development. Results: Compared with the artificial feeding group, the average value of DQ and the good rate of feeding for 12 months in breastfeeding group were significantly higher than those in the feeding group, while the critical state of feeding 12 months was significantly lower, the differences were significant P <0.05.Conclusion: In the intelligent development of children, different feeding methods have a certain effect, of which the clinical promotion of breastfeeding is more significant and worth promoting.
