细菌性痢疾的病原争一、一般特性:痢疾杆菌是一组革兰氏阴性、需氧、无动力的杆状菌,长约2-3微米,宽约0.5-0.7微米,无荚膜,无芽胞,无鞭毛。国际微生物学会肠杆菌科委员会把这一组细菌命名为志贺氏菌属。所属各菌均分解葡萄糖,有些还可分解甘露醇,除福氏痢菌第6型(新城型)外,均不产气,仅有宋内氏痢菌在较长培养后可分解乳糖。能还原硝酸盐为亚硝酸盐,不液化明胶,不分解尿素,一般不产生硫化氢,V.P.反应与枸橼酸盐试验皆为阴性。二、分类:按国际分类法,志贺氏菌属共分为4个
