研究了乙醇溶液在(NH4)2SO4存在下,螯合剂1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)与碘化铅络阴离子形成的缔合物在该体系中两相间的分配行为。形成的该缔合物的最大吸收波长为499nm,与PAN和乙醇溶液的混合液相比,发生了34nm的红移。方法测定Pb2+的线性范围为0~2.0μg/mL,线性相关系数为0.999,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为0.95×105L·mol-1·cm-1。Pb(Ⅱ)在pH4.6缓冲溶液中可被乙醇相完全萃取,而干扰离子Mn2+,Ni2+,Al3+,Co2+基本上不被萃取,实现了Pb2+与上述离子的分离。
