近代中国，国力较弱，生产力水平十分低下，不少企业却适应了复杂的环境，顽强地生存了下来，并有不同程度的发展，这一现象极具研究价值。实际上，近代中国社会历史环境急剧的频繁的变化，造就了中国企业独特的生存理念，正是这些独特的理念，支撑着企业的发展。
