通过理论分析与数学推导,提出一种新的适用于管内气液两相流摩擦压降计算的模型.根据该计算模型,对螺旋管内水-水蒸气沸腾两相流摩擦压降实验数据进行关联,发现基于一种螺旋管实验数据所建立的摩擦压降关联式,在螺旋几何参数修正的条件下,能准确地预测相近工况范围内另一种螺旋管内的两相流摩擦压降;与不同学者的实验数据和关联式进行比较,本文关联式呈现出较好的综合预测性能.本文的模型在一定程度上揭示了不同螺旋管内两相流摩擦压降实验结果之间的内在联系,从而拓宽了关联式的适用范围,可以进一步推广应用.“,”According to theoretical analysis and mathematical derivation,a new model to calculate the frictional pressure drop of gas-liquid two-phase flow in tubes is proposed.Experimental data for frictional pressure drop of water-steam two-phase flow in helical coils is correlated using the calculation model.It is found that a two-phase pressure drop correlation developed by the experimental data of one helical coiled tube can predict the two-phase pressure drop of another helical coiled tube within the scope of similar working parameters on condition that the expression of correlation is modified in helix geometry.The present correlation is compared with different correlations,and it achieves the better performance of prediction for the experimental data by different researchers.The calculation model,which reveals the relationship between different helical coils for the frictional pressure-drop experimental results of two-phase flow and enlarges the range of validity of correlations,can be extended to engineering applications.
