在Deform的基础上模拟纯镍热挤压时的变化情况。结果表明:在模拟条件下,挤压力随坯料温度的升高逐渐降低;挤压速度较小时,挤压速度的升高影响坯料温度扩散,软化作用大于加工硬化作用,导致挤压力减小;随着模锥角的增大先减小后增大,模锥角为45°时,挤压力最小;随挤压筒预热温度的提高,挤压力下降速度逐渐变缓,然后趋于稳定。其中模锥角对挤压力影响最大,挤压筒预热温度对挤压力影响最小。
