目前不管是面粉业的营销战略还是战术都不是很成功,大体上都没有走出省级经销商——市级经销商——县级经销商——二级经销商——最后到用户的模式。由于中间销售环节过多,环环相扣,层层剥利,人为地抬高了面粉的销售价格,加重了最终消费者的负担,而这其中最大的收益者却不是农民而是中间供应商。面粉从最开始的农户手中的小麦变成消费者手中的精致面粉,中间经历了很复杂的加工工艺,然而由于增白剂的加入以及染色剂的违规加入,在面粉观赏度提高的前提下,其危害性也在增加,因此另一个严重的问题便开始困然着人们:面粉安全问题。本文主要讨论如何利用网络直销模式服务广大农户和消费者。
