在企业管理过程中全面预算管理是一种十分关键的方法,不但可以提高管理水平与经济效益,还可以优化配置资源。随着会展行业的快速发展,其规范化与市场化特点已经成为发展的必然趋势,因此,在博览会组织管理的过程中全面预算管理发挥了重要作用,其也是关系博览会财务管理的主要问题之一。但是目前全面预算管理的研究尚未与博览会举办的实际情况有效结合,很多都是生搬硬套预算管理的基本理论知识,这样的嫁接必将出现很多不合理的问题。基于此,本次针对无锡国际工业设计博览会,整体研究了全面预算管理思想,增加了博览会预算管理弹性,确定预算编制的重点,促使博览会预算编制更加针对性。
