我国正处于并将长期处于社会主义的初级阶段,这就决定了我国必将一直处于不断的探索与改革当中。我国对于医疗卫生体制的改革进程相对于其他领域的改革来说范围可能更加明确,在这其中,对于医院财务管理的改革就是一个十分重要的改革环节。在最近几年中,我国医院逐步引入了一种HRP的计算机管理系统来对医院的财务进行管理,其应用的成果十分显著,但也存在着诸多并不十分完善的地方。本文从深入探究HRP系统的内涵出发,探究了HRP系统在医院财务管理中的具体应用,并总结出其在医院财务管理中存在的问题以及应对措施。

In our country, the reform process of the medical and health system may be clearer than the reform in other fields. In this regard, the reform of hospital financial management is a very important reform step. In recent years, China’s hospital gradually introduced a HRP computer management system to manage the hospital’s financial management, the application of the results is very significant, but there are also many not perfect. Based on the in-depth exploration of the connotation of HRP system, this paper explores the specific application of HRP system in hospital financial management and summarizes the problems and countermeasures in the hospital financial management.
