选取7种具有代表性的教育政策研究英文期刊,对其2010~2014年五年间1090篇有效样本进行系统梳理,分析当前教育政策研究的国际热点与话语权特征。结果显示:领导力、教师、公平是当前国际教育政策研究热词;基础教育政策研究占主体;研究对象国别广泛,美、英等发达国家是焦点;合作研究成为教育政策研究的国际主流;发达国家(地区)掌控国际教育政策研究话语权;对发展中国家教育政策的关注与研究不足。
Seven kinds of representative English-language periodicals for education policy research were selected, and 1090 effective samples from 2010 to 2014 were systematically analyzed to analyze the current international hotspot and discourse power of education policy research. The results show that: leadership, teachers and fairness are the hot words in current international education policy research; the research on basic education policy accounts for the main body; the research object is in a wide range of countries and the developed countries such as the United States and Britain are the focus; cooperative research becomes the international mainstream of education policy research; Developed countries (regions) control international education policy research discourse power; lack of attention and research on education policies in developing countries.
