目的:建立同时测定二至丸中女贞苷、特女贞苷、蟛蜞菊内酯、齐墩果酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用DIKMA C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,进样体积20μL,柱温30℃,检测波长215 nm。结果:女贞苷、特女贞苷、蟛蜞菊内酯、齐墩果酸的质量浓度与峰面积分别在2.008~80.32(r=0.999 6),5.872~234.88(r=0.999 7),0.9~36(r=0.999 9),13.24~529.6 mg.L-1(r=0.999 6)呈良好线性;平均回收率分别为99.25%,98.70%,96.23%,101.5%,RSD均小于3%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为二至丸质量控制的一个有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the contents of lignosarbenes, estrus welanins, wedelia lactones and oleanolic acid in Erzhi Pills. Methods: The mobile phase acetonitrile-phosphoric acid was eluted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 on a DIKMA C18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) with a sample volume of 20 μL and a column temperature of 30 ° C. . Results: The mass concentration and peak area of the amino acids of the virginia, estrus, lisin and oleanolic acid were in the ranges of 2.008-80.32 (r = 0.999 6), 5.872-234.88 (r = 0.999 7), 0.936 (r = 0.999 9), 13.24-529.6 mg.L-1 (r = 0.999 6). The average recoveries were 99.25%, 98.70%, 96.23% and 101.5%, respectively. The RSDs were all less than 3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as an effective method for quality control of Erzhi Pills.
