夏季即将到来,目前许多中小学都没有午休设施,大部分无法回家的学生只能趴在课桌上午睡,有的学校还把趴桌睡定为规章,派老师监督。趴着睡觉不仅会影响孩子的消化系统,而且对他们的颈椎发育、大脑血液供应等都会产生不良影响。由此可见,除了睡眠不足,“趴着午睡”同样会成为影响青少年健康成长的“杀手”。

Most students who can not return home can only spend their afternoon nap on the school desk. Some schools also set the table asleep as a rule and send teachers to supervise them.
