从化学成分、显微组织、硬度等方面,对比了国外及国内相近规格轴承滚子原材料及热处理质量水平。结果表明:国外及国内滚子原材料成分接近、国外滚子有带状组织、非金属夹杂相当;热处理质量方面马氏体组织级别接近、硬度相近、国内屈氏体组织优于国外,但残留奥氏体含量高于国外的,并提出了轧机轴承滚子采用马贝复合淬火的方案。
From the chemical composition, microstructure, hardness and other aspects, compared with foreign and domestic similar specifications bearing roller materials and heat treatment quality level. The results show that the compositions of foreign and domestic roller raw materials are close to each other, foreign foreign bodies have banded structure and non-metallic inclusions. The quality of heat treatment is close to that of martensite and the hardness is similar. The domestic troostite structure is better than foreign ones. However, The content of martensite is higher than that of foreign countries, and the proposal of using Mabe composite quenching for rolling mill bearing roller is proposed.
