双孢蘑菇是我国食用菌出口的大宗产品,但在长江以北地区栽培面积较小,而人防地道栽培双孢蘑菇面积更小.为了更好地发挥人防地道的效益,我们于1989年夏至1990春进行了人防地道栽培双孢蘑菇试验,取得了较好效果,现将技术要点简介于后.一、试验材料(一)供试菌种由张家口市食用菌所提供的双孢蘑菇的栽培种,培养基质为高粱粒.(二)培养料粪草培养料,粪草比为1∶1,另加石膏、过磷酸钙和尿素各1%,pH7～7.5.
