目的:研究加热治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤的可行性。方法:通过CT扫描对肿瘤进行定位,利用立体定向技术的高度精确性,确定病损部位,并置入射频针进行加热治疗。结果:4例丘脑基底节区Ⅱ~Ⅲ级胶质瘤患者接受治疗,术后症状明显好转,肿瘤缩小。目前所有患者生活可以自理,最长达18个月。结论:此方法治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤疗效理想,创伤小,并发症少,安全可靠。
Objective: To study the feasibility of heating treatment of deep brain malignancies. Methods: The tumors were localized by CT scan. The high accuracy of stereotactic technique was used to determine the site of the lesion. The needles were placed and heated to treat them. Results: Four patients with grade II-III gliomas in the thalamotomy basal ganglia received treatment. The symptoms improved significantly and the tumors shrank. At present, all patients can live on their own, up to 18 months. Conclusion: This method is ideal for the treatment of deep brain malignancies, with less trauma, fewer complications, and safety and reliability.
